Core production process of medium thick steel plate:
Raw material preparation: Select continuous casting slab/steel ingot, clean surface defects
Heating: Step furnace heating to 1150-1300 ℃, insulation and heat transfer
Rolling: rough rolling (widening+reducing thickness) → precision rolling (fixed thickness+temperature control), high-pressure water descaling
Cooling: Natural cooling or laminar flow cooling, special steel requires normalizing/quenching and tempering heat treatment
Finishing: Multi roll straightening → Edge cutting and sizing → Shot blasting/acid cleaning
Inspection: Appearance/Dimensional Inspection → Mechanical Performance Testing → Non destructive Testing (Key Steel Types) → Composition Analysis
Identification packaging: spray printed information+bundling protection, qualified factory delivery
