Cold-rolled Deep Drawing Plate

Cold-rolled Deep Drawing Plate is the abbreviation for ordinary carbon structural steel cold-rolled plate, also known as cold-rolled plate, commonly known as cold plate, sometimes mistakenly written as cold-rolled plate. Cold plate is made of hot-rolled steel strips of ordinary carbon structural steel, which are further cold-rolled to produce steel plates with a thickness of less than 4mm. Due to the absence of oxide scale during rolling at room temperature, cold plates have good surface quality and high dimensional accuracy. Coupled with annealing treatment, their mechanical and process properties are superior to hot-rolled thin steel plates. In many fields, especially in the home appliance manufacturing industry, they have gradually replaced hot-rolled thin steel plates.

There are more or less unwashed iron scales or dirt on the surface of steel, which is called under pickling. The surface of the steel plate has horizontal black stripes. Often accompanied by a black floating gray layer, horizontal black fine lines resembling "raised head lines", distributed in a strip or sheet shape on the surface of the steel plate. It often appears at the tail of the strip steel and in the middle along the width direction of the strip steel. In severe cases, it spreads throughout the entire surface of the strip steel. The surface quality of the under pickled strip steel is poor and lacks luster.
