Cold rolled steel coil

Cold-rolled Steel Plate refers to a steel strip that is directly rolled into a certain thickness by a rolling mill at room temperature and rolled into a whole coil by a winding machine. Compared to hot-rolled coils, cold-rolled coils have a shiny surface and high smoothness, but they generate more internal stresses and are often annealed after cold rolling.
Production process: Due to the lack of heating during the production process, there are no defects such as pitting and oxide scale commonly found in hot rolling, resulting in good surface quality and high smoothness. Moreover, cold-rolled products have high dimensional accuracy, and their performance and structure can meet some special usage requirements, such as electromagnetic performance, deep drawing performance, etc.
Specifications: Thickness of 0.2-4mm, width of 600-2000mm, steel plate length of 1200-6000mm.
