Pickled Steel Coil

Pickled Steel Coil is an intermediate product made from high-quality hot-rolled thin plates. After removing the oxide layer, trimming, and finishing by an pickling unit, its surface quality and usage requirements (mainly cold bending or stamping performance) are between hot-rolled and cold-rolled plates. It is an ideal substitute for some hot-rolled and cold-rolled plates.
Compared with hot-rolled plates, the advantages of pickled plates mainly lie in:
1. Good surface quality, due to the removal of surface oxide scale by hot-rolled acid washed plates, the surface quality of the steel is improved, making it easy to weld, apply oil, and paint.
2. High dimensional accuracy, after leveling, can cause certain changes in the shape of the board, thereby reducing the deviation of unevenness.
3. Improved surface smoothness and enhanced appearance effect.
4. Can reduce environmental pollution caused by dispersed acid washing by users.
