Low cost, high cost-effectiveness: Short production process (direct rolling after heating, no annealing/pickling process for cold rolling), low energy consumption, high yield, and a price 15% -30% lower than cold-rolled sheets of the same material, suitable for large-scale applications.
Mechanical performance balance: After high-temperature rolling, the grain size is refined, and it has good strength (yield strength ≥ 235MPa) and toughness, strong impact resistance and fatigue resistance, and is suitable for load-bearing and structural support scenarios.
Excellent processing performance: It can be directly welded, cut, bent, and drilled without pre-treatment (except for some scenarios with high surface requirements), suitable for on-site splicing and processing of building steel structures and mechanical components.
Wide specification coverage: thickness of 4mm-200mm (medium thick plate), width of 600mm-2500mm, supporting fixed length production, able to meet the different component needs of various industries such as construction, machinery, energy, etc.
